All licenses sold through WP Licenses are connected to and depend on their original developers or companies.
While we ensure the licenses are genuine and functional at the time of purchase, developers may modify, suspend, or terminate licenses in the future according to their own policies — circumstances that are beyond our control.
However, most products remain stable for long periods, and in the rare case of an issue caused by a developer’s changes, we stand by our one-year operational guarantee.
This means your license will remain active for at least one year, or you are entitled to a full refund within that period as stated in our policy.
After the one-year period, licenses will continue to function as long as the original developer has not revoked or modified them.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review your case to ensure it complies with our policy. After approval, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method within 7 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund is approved or if further details are required.
Exceptions
Certain types of products are non-refundable, such as:
